The Oxford Leadership Development Program is an advanced leadership development program designed for ILDP graduates.

Through an academic and organizational partnership with one of the world’s top universities, the Program we offer will be enriched by the knowledge, approach and perspective of this unique and one of the most recognized institutions.

OxLDP takes place in a unique place with a centuries-old tradition of learning and in-depth reflection, in the inspiring environment of the famous Oxford Colleges.

We believe that the OxLDP certificate will be particularly important for the further career development of its participants.

We plan to hold the next OxLDP in July 2025 in Oxford.
