Oxford Leadership Development Program

The Oxford Leadership Development Program is an advanced leadership development program for the ILDP alumni.

Through our academic and organisational partnership with the University of Oxford, the program we offer will be enriched by the knowledge, approach and perspective of this outstanding academic institution.

The OxLDP takes place in a unique place with a centuries-old tradition of learning and in-depth reflection, in the inspiring setting of the famous Oxford Colleges.

We believe that the OxLDP certificate will play a crucial part in the partcipants’ further academic career development.

The OxLDP is scheduled for spring 2023 in Oxford.

We will work towards keeping its cost at around £3,000 (the cost of similar week-long executive leadership programs at Oxford is around £10,000).
